Artwork Story: The spies were Israelites who came from Egypt, and the sculpture includes elements from Ancient Egyptian art. The natural bronze color gives the sculpture a sense of antiquity and naturalness. The original sculpture was initially created at a hight of 3.6 meters in 1988, and is currently placed at the center of the Victor Halvani Square at one of the entrances to Safed. In 2016, The Spies series, suitable for interior spaces, was created.
